Provider, model, and confidence live in the change object itself. Not parsed from commit messages. Not guessed from metadata. The authorship record is structural.
Full lifecycle — spawn to merge, no gaps.
Each session in .loom/agents/ records thread, base state,
provider, model, status, and path. Atomic updates mean even crashed sessions leave
a clean, inspectable record.
